The Dry Creek Ranch ribeye is a healthy 16 oz cut. Aged and seasoned to perfection. USDA choice, and will satisfy any taste. Custom cuts are available upon request. Standard cut is 1 inch thick. Seasoned or unseasoned versions are available.
